Ballkaniko Gin

A London Dry Gin that is made from a selection of 13 botanicals including juniper and sage, enriched with citrus notes.
Ballkaniko Gin is a balanced gin. The nose is a bomb scent, the palate an explosion of lemon and orange freshness. It reminds me of a phrase my grandmother used to say to me: “These sheets smell of Lavender”.
After the first sip you begin to feel the angelica, iris, sage and juniper.
However, not loosening enough quality botanicals to make a great gin, but also using artisanal alcohol.
